Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales of products made on the Le Collectionneur website (lecollectionneur.org) between the Le Collectionneur boutique, located in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), and any customer making a purchase on the site.

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

Le Collectionneur offers rare, vintage and authentic pieces (watches, perfumes, clothing, furniture, shoes and accessories). As each piece is often unique, quantities are limited and availability is guaranteed only while stocks last.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance; slight variations (patina, shade) inherent to second-hand or vintage pieces may occur.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in CFA Francs (FCFA), all taxes included. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed separately before order validation, according to the chosen delivery zone.

Le Collectionneur reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the product is invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Orders

Creating an account is required to complete an order. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided (in particular the delivery address and phone number).

The order is confirmed after validation by the customer and, where applicable, confirmation of payment.

Article 5 — Payment

Two payment methods are offered: secure online payment (card or mobile money via CinetPay) and payment on delivery (cash or mobile money upon receipt).

For online payment, the order is processed after payment confirmation. For payment on delivery, payment is made when the parcel is handed over.

Article 6 — Delivery

Deliveries are made in three zones: Abidjan, the interior of Côte d'Ivoire, and other ECOWAS countries. Fees vary by zone and are shown before the order.

Delivery times are indicative. Le Collectionneur cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and returns

Given the rare and often unique nature of the pieces, any return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receipt, with the product returned in its original condition and packaging.

Certain categories (opened perfumes, personalised items) may be excluded from the right of return for reasons of hygiene or customisation.

Article 8 — Authenticity and warranties

Le Collectionneur guarantees the authenticity of the pieces offered. Each item undergoes prior verification.

Vintage or second-hand pieces are sold in the condition described; applicable legal warranties remain available to the customer in accordance with the regulations in force.

Article 9 — Liability

Le Collectionneur cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product or use that does not comply with its intended purpose.

Article 10 — Personal data

The data collected (name, contact, address) is necessary for processing orders and managing the customer relationship. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting the boutique.

Article 11 — Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logo, graphic identity) are the property of Le Collectionneur and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation.

Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Ivorian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority; failing that, the competent courts of Abidjan will have jurisdiction.
